What we do

Background

This journey started on closing day of the roller coaster Nemesis at Alton Towers. We wanted a model of the ride, on searching the internet there were very few options available and most that were, were of very poor quality.  So a project was started to build a model, which then turned into could we produce a commercially available kit/model?

12 months later we launch our first commercially available model with more to follow soon - what would you like to see?

About the Artist

Current Products

Our first release is a Bolliger and Mabillard inverted coaster inspired box frame.  This is a fully finished painted model with no assembly required.

This model will delight any roller coaster enthusiast.  You also don't need any practical modelling skills to enjoy this product.

Future Products

Our next release will be a model kit of a full row of a Bolliger and Mabillard inverted coaster. 3 Kits will be available, a front car, middle cars and a rear car so a full train could be modelled. a full range of track and supports will be available to display your model on. The photo above shows a test model which highlighted some deficiencies in the model that are currently being reworked. Release date TBC. Our next model after that is likely to be a Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster.

Designing

Designing the models can take hours of research, studying endless photos of the prototype ride. research then leads to the production of scale drawings in both two and three dimensions. How the model is to be constructed is designed in at this stage and what materials are going to be used. Some time the model needs internal supports that are not required on the prototype, these have to be added but not effect the final look of the model.

Manufacturing

We have a well equipped workshop for producing both the prototype models and the production kits. we have high resolution resin and ABS 3D printers, CNC routers, Laser cutters, Solvent Printers, Vinyl cutters, Mould making equipment, Paint facilities and a near endless supply of different materials to produce the highest quality models and kits for your enjoyment.
